Heart to Heart

The Artist’s Interpretation:

'Heart to Heart' is about you as an individual & what you say, feel & decide, goes out thru others and out to the universe and about having conversation with yourself to change any negative into a positive.

Life is about making decisions about taking chances & what ever you think whether positive or negative, you are deciding it is so, Thoughts like “I can’t” or I am afraid or “I hate this or that” these will be what you send out. A great humanitarian once said “You are your thoughts” and how true that is. Your thoughts & decisions about anything is up to you. I believe it is the golden truth!

Artist's Story

This piece was inspired on a cold winter’s morning when my outlook on life wasn't so hot. It was around 5am that I had to leave my house & drive to Walnut Creek to set up a show by myself, as Steve was sick & not able to come with me. When I arrived at the show, all of my expensive booth walls were on the ground. I was tired, cold and not in the mood for abuse of any kind. The morning was a hard one for me and I felt angry, sad & defeated!

I had decided so insidiously that it was “going to be a bad day”. And sure enough I got just was I thought. When I finally realized what I was doing, Steve showed up I told him I was having a bad day & that I needed to paint.

The painting came thru with flying colors & so I dedicate this piece to people who have the courage to let go & change any course of thought into the positive. Yeah for us!
